Reading your prescription

Make sure you can read the number before leaving the opticians following the eye test and examination. Below is an example prescription (NHS).

Please ensure you enter all your details correctly. There may also be a value for PD’s (Pupillary Distance). If so, enter this on the order form.

N.B We do not offer this service for anyone under the age of 18 years or to anyone with prescriptions of 8 dioptres or above. Similar we are unable to accept prescriptions which have any prism measurements. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
